Outbound Sales Agent

Seeking an Outbound Sales Agent to:

• Outbound dial existing customers to do one of the following;

•  
  • Sell insurance policies (General, Life, Funeral);
  • Superannuation consolidation;
  • Retentions; &
  • Credit Card Sales.

• Meet individual daily/weekly KPI’s
• Develop understanding on products
• Work towards team targets and incentives
• Complete qualification – RG 146 (Diploma of Financial Planning) whilst working (12-18 months)

Responsibilities:

• Speak to existing customers of clients;
• Hit sales targets and KPI’s;
• Keep current understanding of client products;
• Act in a professional manner at all times, upholding company values
• Adhering to regulatory guidelines and compliance rules
• Being punctual and reliable
• Supporting team members when required
• Attending and participating in training
