Customer Service Agent required to:

  • Handle inbound calls from Peakbound clients to deal with one of the following;
    • Inbound banking – General enquiries;
    • Superannuation consolidation;
  • Meet individual daily/weekly KPI’s
  • Develop understanding on products
  • Work towards team targets and incentives

Responsibilities:

  • Speak to existing customers of Peakbound clients;
  • Hit call targets and KPI’s;
  • Keep current understanding of client products;
  • Act in a professional manner at all times, upholding company values
  • Adhering to regulatory guidelines and compliance rules
  • Being punctual and reliable
  • Supporting team members when required
  • Attending and participating in training
