Customer Service Agent required to:
- Handle inbound calls from Peakbound clients to deal with one of the following;
- Inbound banking – General enquiries;
- Superannuation consolidation;
- Meet individual daily/weekly KPI’s
- Develop understanding on products
- Work towards team targets and incentives
Responsibilities:
- Speak to existing customers of Peakbound clients;
- Hit call targets and KPI’s;
- Keep current understanding of client products;
- Act in a professional manner at all times, upholding company values
- Adhering to regulatory guidelines and compliance rules
- Being punctual and reliable
- Supporting team members when required
- Attending and participating in training
