 As we continue to grow, we are seeking applications from experienced Defence logisticians who wish to advance their career with a leading Defence engineering and consultancy firm. We are currently seeking applications from candidates with experience in the use of the Military Logistics Information System (MILIS) in a managerial or supervisory role, to fill both contract and permanent roles in Perth and Western Sydney.  Relocation support will be provided for interstate applicants.

Successful candidates will have held leadership/managerial positions within the areas of supply and/or warehousing. They will have experience of conducting transactional work using MILIS but also in using the system to produce managerial reports. The likely tasks to be undertaken will include:

• The planning and management of stocktaking activities
• Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and the production of reports
• The interrogation of data within MILIS to inform decision making
•  Conduct of activities to remediate Problematic Items of Supply (PIOS)

Successful candidates will join our existing teams operating in Canberra and Western Sydney and will receive a comprehensive induction into QinetiQ. They will provide logistics and sustainment support to our Defence clients and should be able to work autonomously if required Applicants should as a minimum:

• Possess demonstrable MILIS experience
• Held a supervisory position within the field of Defence logistics (rank SGT, PO, FLTSGT, CPO, WO2)
• Hold a current Defence security clearance (minimum BASELINE, NV1 preferred)
