A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to partner with and support 5 Director’s of the largest division in AsPac for Serco. Reporting to the EA to the Managing Director, this role is diverse, fast paced and high pressure, yet exciting and rewarding. Your key responsibility will be to provide high level executive support to the Director’s, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

 

Specific responsibilities include contributing to and organising the collation of information for Executive Management Team (EMT) documents, complex diary planning and management, meeting and appointment facilitation, regular liaison with key contacts, domestic and international travel coordination, credit card reconciliation and document maintenance including coordinating and updating procedure and policy documents, presentations and templates.  You will also provide support to other members of the Senior Management Team as required.

 

To be successful in this role you will have had significant EA experience. You will understand discretion and possess the ability to provide an exceptional level of confidentiality.  You will be extremely well presented, switched on and resilient. You must have excellent MS Office skills and demonstrate the ability to approach complex and challenging situations in a calm and mature way. Strong organisational skills, outstanding communication skills, high attention to detail, fast paced by nature and a flexible approach is key.
