Q. I’m leaving at my own request, but I can only choose CMTC or CTT. Which is better or me?
A. This is quite a complicated question to answer. But essentially, if you have the qualifications to get an interview, then your focus should be on winning that interview. But if you don’t have the minimum qualifications, then your immediate focus should be on gaining the qualifications first, then concentrating on winning the job interview. If you choose to use CTT, be aware that the CV won’t win you the job. It only gets you to the interview. In this tough job market, any assistance in winning over the employer will help.
