Defence Career Transition Services
The Career Transition Services we provide to people exiting the Australian Military provides them with a realistic view of the current job market, to know what employers' want and to know how to relate their experiences in such a way that doesn't waste your time or theirs.
We help them decide their future vocational direction, understand all of their transferable skills and achievements and also how their military career will have both the positive and negative an impact from a cultural fit perspective.

- Job advertisement refinement/advice - to attract the right candidate for your needs.
- Our CV/Résumé building service to assist companies looking to enhance their tender bids for work into Defence. We highlight and align your team's appropriate skills (using the correct Defence terminology) and demonstrate through quantifiable achievements how their experiences transfer to the proposed Defence work they will do as part of the bid/project.
