Our Differentials

Successful organisations always share one common feature – great people.  It is the people factor, more than any other that determines whether organisations succeed or fail. At Trans-Civ we work with a variety of organisations to attract, select, engage, develop and retain the people you need to succeed.

Trans-Civ is a quality focused career management company that specialises in assisting the transition from one career to another for the Defence community (Defence members on discharge and their partners on postings).  As such we excel in the provision of exceptional personnel with high security clearances for permanent, contract and temporary positions into the public and private sector market place.  The culture of our people is such that the focus remains on customer satisfaction and on finding the right person to meet the business needs of a specific company.

Trans-Civ prides itself on ensuring every interaction (be it individual or corporate) is treated as our number one priority.  You can expect to receive high quality personnel presented who will fit the culture and profile of your company.  All personnel presented by Trans-Civ have previously met our stringent quality assurance standards of professionalism, performance and ethical conduct.
