The Program is called the Partner Education and Employment Program (PEEP)

Under this program, Defence partners are eligible for Education and Employment Allowance to the value of $12,000 for a period of ten years to cover any or all of the following initiatives:

• Professional Employment Assistance, covering the following:
  -  Career transition assessment and advice
  -  Job search techniques and strategies
  -  Preparation and presentation for interview
  -  Application and selection criteria preparation
  -  Identifying training options
  -  Identifying job options
• Education and Training (tertiary or vocational)
• Personalised Resume Preparation
• Professional Re-registration Expense Payments
• Superannuation set up
• Child care

The funding is capped at $6,000 per posting for the above elements.

• Based on your current qualifications and experiences, we can help you with identifying the most appropriate training courses to enhance your chances of securing employment, and/or increase your starting salary.
